I took the advice of a list member and solved my startx problems by
checking out the error log, now X works without a hitch... well, maybe I
should say that it works as well as I expected it to...

  So now for the $64,000 question- What can I do now?  I don't suppose that
I can run anything like wild Netscape on my IIci 8/200, can I?  What kind
of software is out there, and where can I find out where to get it and how
to use it?

  Also, where do I hook up with the digest list server?  I lost the system
partition on my 6500, and all of my netscape bookmarks with it, so pardon
me for the stupid question.
