I've installed macbsd 1.3 and X11R6 on my IIci 8/230, Apple 13" RGB.

  However, when I type # startx I get the following message:

      X connection to :0.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).
      #



  What gives?  I've tried this as both root and as a user, and get the same
message every time.  I've searched the two faqs and haven't found the
answer.
