The 1.3 release should work just fine on a IIcx, with one possible caveat:
if you have an extended keyboard or are going to run without a keyboard
or a mouse, you might want to get a HWDIRECT version of the 1.3 kernel,
available from puma:

ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/pub/NetBSD/eskimo.copy/kernels
