Much of downtown Montreal and the Island of Montreal has been subject to
blackouts due to a severe ice storm and many businesses and institutions
have been asked to restrict power usage as Quebec Hydro gets things back
to normal. It isn't surprising that a site at McGill University would be
out of commission for several days more.
