I tried installing RedHat Linux/X86 on Virtual PC. It *almost* worked.
During installation, the only glitch was the install screen wigging out
for a few minutes. The when I booted it, it got the login prompt ok,
but when I tried to login as root, it said "login login login login"
and then asked me to login again. I was never able to get into it,
although I could get up in single user mode.
Warning: VirtualPC does *NOT* like to have two different "C:" drives.
Maybe there's a patch, but the basic VPC install crashes when you try
to switch between existing C: drives. I lost my whole win95 install,
and had to resintall from scratch.
