I apologize for the semi-offtopic nature of this message in advance.

I've recently gotten VirtualPC (Win 95 version) and I'm interested in
trying NetBSD-x86 on it. Since I have no ethernet connection here at
home, the fact that the PCI bridge stuff may not recognize it really
doesn't matter much.

I think I can get the basic installation, just by following the install
notes, but I'm wondering what differences there will be because of using
VPC rather than a real hardware PC, as far as getting the basic system set
up.... So, does anybody who has tried it have any tips/warnings on
configuring VPC for use with NetBSD?

Thoughts?
David
