Hi,

To make it crystal clear, to get color X, kernel-wise you need:

  SLOTMAN kernel

          *** OR ***

  GENERIC kernel + Video LKM

A GENERIC kernel alone won't do it, even on a IIcx. If you have the SLOTMAN
kernel, then you do NOT need the video LKM.
