Do you actually have libXpm.so.4.7? I think it might come as a seperate
library. I bet the Amiga archives have it.

Add a "tab" "-" to the end of the lkm line for the color kit. An extra
line was added to lkm.conf to say when during the boot a particular
lkm will load. "-" will load early, which should be fine.
