It would be really helpful if you would send a couple more pieces of the
machine state at time of panic.

First, the "type of fault" would be interesting.  It comes just a few
lines above the kernel stack dump.  It's probably a vm_fault or address
error, or something like that.

Second, when you get to the db> prompt, type a t (for traceback) and a
return, and write down all the routine names it lists.  You don't need to
write all the numbers down.

The more info you give, the better I'll be able to help.  :)  As the
author of SLOTMAN, I've gotten quite a few video beasties to work!
