GENERIC uses the low-level SCSI driver called ncr, and GENERICSBC
uses the one called sbc.  Both drivers are for NCR 53C80 SBC chip, but
their origins differ.

Under certain circumstances, one doesn't seem to work whereas the
other seems to work.  And vice versa under other circumstances.
That's why we keep both.
