Remove the CD-ROM (the double-speed one with caddy, right?) and install the
extra hard disk in the bay. It may be a bit difficult to find the necessary
hardware to mount it, I'm not sure if the usual parts to mount a 3.5" HD in
a 5.25" bay can be fixed to the plastic parts that hold the CD-ROM drive.
The internal SCSI cable does not have an extra connector, so replacing the
floppy drive does not seem possible. And, after all, Hauke Fath is working
on floppy-support, so you'll miss it eventually.
