OK, but consider for a minute what I was seeing from my perspective.  And
that was, that everything I could touch worked, everything EXCEPT NetBSD.

I don't think I said it couldn't be, but I'm sure I did say that it was
not very likely...

At this point I'm just glad that you mentioned that sysctl more than 
once, 'cause I kind of missed it the first time!
