You need to look into the ghostscript package. It lets you generate HPGL
files from Postscript. Threre's a version on the Amiga ftp site
(mirrored at ftp.netbsd.org).

There's also an ancient version on puma. Don't bother with it; I doubt
it will support a DeskWriter 660C.
