For those of you hesitant or anxious about the 1.2.x --> 1.3_ALPHA upgrade
process, I've posted some instructions on performing the upgrade in the
1.3_ALPHA snapshot directory on ftp.netbsd.org.  Hopefully it covers most
of the common problems that someone upgrading are likely to encounter (and
have already encountered according to some accounts on this list).  My
immense thanks to Mark Andres for his help in compiling this list.
