...I've got a kernel for you to try.  We still probably will have
interrupt problems, but I think the card should be set up properly 
by this kernel if you have it running in MacOS before you boot.

The kernel is:
	ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/pub/outgoing/briggs/netbsd-971029.gz

If interrupts are the problem, you should see the machine freeze
either during initialization or as soon as you try to configure
the card (basically, as soon as an interrupt comes in).
