	I've heard talk about 3 button mice and X... but what about just
your vanilla ADB Mouse II? I've been trying to figure out how to use the
xterm menu's with only one pointer button... and haven't been able to
figure out how to use xmodmap to map the other 2 buttons which the ADB
mouse does NOT have to a keystroke combination... so that I can use the
other 2 windows. Has anybody else tried this??
