Actually, I would be surprised if SAMBA didn't have an option to
do setrlimit().  It certainly shouldn't just be checking OPENMAX.
Looking at server.c in samba 1.9.17 (we happen to use this at work),
it looks like NO_GETRLIMIT should not be defined for this to work.
Is it somewhere?
