	Booter 1.11.0 has most of the necessary checkboxes on by default.
The only think that most prople will need to change is the SCSI ID.

	That is a different thing, but yes, it is now called "Save Options".

	This is now the default behaviour for Booter 1.11.0. If you want
colour, use "Monitors" in the Options menu.
