There were a few versions of the booter that used a toolbox call that
wasn't supported by the minimum MacOS.  That seems to be fixed now (I had
no problems), and the minimum install is probably preferred since it uses
less disk and should boot faster to boot.  (Sorry I couldn't resist ;-)

Signature failed Preliminary Design Review.
Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
