Uhm, the current scripts will automatically redial if the phone's busy.

Well, they're supposed to.

Basically ppp-connect will re-try the chat connection if it fails,
so a busy phone line will not stop it dead. Plus, if you have multiple
phone numbers, it will try the next number instead of hitting on the
same busy number.

That feature should probably be mentioned better.
