Thank you greatly.  That was the problem, alright.  I remember how I got 
past it last time: I made my Linux-using friend un-tgz it for me.  Okay, 
now I know it works...  I just have to get everything set up correctly...
	At any rate, that'll teach me to trust Stuffit Expander...
