I think it normal.  If you did not change any files in /etc, your
LC520 may be named as 'myname'.  If you wish to name your LC520,
edit to change /etc/myname.

After installation, you must become 'root' and do 'ldconfig /usr/X11R6/lib'.
'ldconfig /usr/X11R6/lib' should be added in '/etc/rc.local'.
And you sould add '/usr/X11R6/bin' to 'path'.  It is easy to edit
'$home/.cshrc'

I am afraid that you had already done.
