There was a missing line in the file used to build the `comp' distribution
set. I've corrected this, but I am unable to build another distribution
at the moment due to having a moving target for a -current source tree.
In the mean time, the previous suggestion to use the version from the
source tree on ftp.netbsd.org will be sufficient; grab

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/src/sys/arch/mac68k/include/intr.h

and place it in /usr/include/machine/intr.h on your system. (If you have
a full source tree, you can find this file in /sys/arch/mac68k/include.)

My apologies for the trouble.
