Yes, I am.  I assume everyone else does.

No, there's nothing we, each subscriber can do.  I've written to
postmaster@digex.net but I haven't heard from them except an automated
reply.  I wrote to Allen asking to unsub this user but haven't heard
from him either... I guess he's on vacation?
