Looks like you have minimac set to 127.0.0.1 in /etc/hosts file?

This looks suspicious.  Why zone name is empty?  What are the
"primary" lines in your named.boot file?

Probably because minimac has the IP address 127.0.0.1 in /etc/hosts.
You should list minimac as 192.168.0.1 in it...
