This may sound crazy, but have you tried using the shift key on the other
side of the keyboard?  Also, have you check all of the configuration
settings to make sure that the shift key is not being intercepted as some
kind of special command key for NTrigue?

As a work-around, you can probably use cut'n'paste to type the underscore
in (unless paste isn't enabled in the password box, of course ;-)
