It's absolutely normal for your Mac to spit out whatever is in the
floppy drive when booting NetBSD because Booter calls the MacOS
shutdown manager (or something named similar if else).

I just don't understand exactly what is your problem here...

Did you follow the normal installation or are you just trying to see
if it works on your Mac?  Where did you install your kernel, and how
did you set up the Booter options?  There's a *lot* for you to tell
us...  Or, maybe you should check the FAQ at
http://www.macbsd.com/macbsd/macbsd-doc/ if you haven't yet?
