	If you have access to an FPU, then that will help once you start
running Unix programs, but it is not essential, particularly at the boot
stage.

	As far as I know, the Booter and the kernel do not in any way
_require_ an FPU. Several of the programs in the standard distribution
use floating point instructions, but these can be trapped and emulated
with an appropriate library.
