  Could you run Slots (available at
ftp://ftp.apple.com/devworld/Tool_Chest/Devices_-_Hardware/NuBus_Slot_Manager/Slots.sit.hqx)
and send the line
which begins with "Network_Ethernet_...". The ae driver is
apparently claiming that board inappropriately.
