This is a GENERIC-6 kernel, right? It boots fine up to finding the
(nonexistant) root device. On a side note, it says:
ite at grf0 not configured
...
mrg: not setting up egret.
Should it let me know this? As a newbie I'm entitled to know ;-)
Boot says avail mem = 5079040, FWIW.
Also, I've gto a Focus EtherelanSC (SCSI to 10B-2 converter). I konw
there was talk on th elist about these adapters, and I'm willignt o loan
this one (and it's mac-side drivers) to whoever would like to try an
dhack on it, provided I can get it back.
