I believe mkfs ignored your settings for Num_Cylinders and File System 
Size. These come from the Partition Map Entry of the disk partition it's 
about to initialize.  The ZIP doesn't report Sectors_Track or 
Tracks_Cylinder though, so these will need to be entered.
