Done.  I just addded all the contents of
ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/pub/NetBSD/docs/html to my NetBSD search engine at:

http://routbort.neuro.duke.edu/port/ghindex.html

This is a bit kludgey, as this was orginally intended as a mailing list
archive/search tool.  I just shoved the FAQ and META-FAQ in the mailing
list directory and rehashed.  I will neaten this up sometime in the next
week so people can search the FAQ-type information separately from the
mailing list archives.
