Found the needed library right under my nose.  For those who asked me
to tell you where I found it, inside GMP2.0.2 the sources lie, all you
need to do is 'make libmp.a' and the makefile will do the rest.  I guess
the configure script figured libmp wasn't necessary 'cause we're BSD,
right? ;-)  Talk about the mayonaise jar syndrome!
