The 1.1d installer does not support the new ffs format(which uses
64 bit quantities in its structure).  I had the beginnings of an
attempt at this for installer 1.2, but it's kind of been put on
the backburner at the moment.  Perhaps I'll pick it up soon, but
I won't promise anything.  There is someone waiting in the wings
to take over the installer.  So, if I don't get a chance to do
that by the end of this month, I promise I'll turn it over to them,
along with the ever-growing installer "wish list" ;-)....
