What kernel were you using to boot this machine? The NetBSD 1.2
distribution kernel does not support this machine. You need to get a
more recent -current kernel from:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k/kernels/

I hope this helps.

Later.
