Those are exactly the problems I'm worried about.
My SE/30 is set up with the FPU libs (ie: I don't ahve anything compiled
with FPE). Your serial port problems worry me. If the serial ports are
broken, it stands to reason that any dock/minidock ethernet will be
broken too, right?
I know about the external drive problems. It seems that MkLinux has fixed
this (I think). MkLinux runs on the AV and PM XX00 series, which (as I
recall) has 2 SCSI busses (internal and external on my PM7600). Would it
be possible to steal their code an dadd it to the sbc or ncrscsi drivers?
I'm not qualified to do the hacking (barely fluent in C, not enough HD
space) but I don't think it would be _that_ hard, right?

In short:
1: Are serial and ethernet via docks broken for Duos?
2. Can the dual bus code be ported from MkLinux to one of our SCSI
drivers?
3. (carryover from last post) Does anyone know of a kit/source/person/etc
that can give me an FPU on the motherboard of a Duo?

TIA
