I recently saw a message on one of the other mailing lists that may
provide a clue as to what I've been seeing with the `sbc' SCSI driver.  As
soon as I get a few moments to test it, I'll see if it doesn't address the
problems I'm aware of with that driver.

Presumably this is something that would affect the `ncrscsi' driver as
well, but I'm not certain of that.
