Hmm... make sure you're booting with 32-bit addressing turned on (check
the Memory control panel), and also make sure your video depth is 8-bit or
less (256 colors or less; thousands or millions won't work). And if you
still can't get NetBSD to boot, try shift-booting to turn off extensions.

I've done all that: 32-bit addressing turned on, video depth 1-bit and
booting with extensions off. Still no luck... :-(
