Just in case no one has responded to this one yet, the minimum .tar.gz 
file you need is the latest base.tar.gz, however, I have a feeling that 
if you simply get Scott's latest binary set, you won't need to recompile 
anything:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k/latest/
