Yes, NetBSD/i386 can run most FreeBSD binaries just fine... 
NetBSD/mac68k, however, can't run any of them. I believe it's possible to
run SunOS sun3 (not sparc!) binaries on mac68k, although I haven't
actually tried :)

Change the -ltcl7.6 to -ltcl76 and take out the -ldl, and it should
