Since I first installed NetBSD, I've had a number of entries in
master.passwd, and I'm not sure which ones need to stay and which don't: 

toor
daemon
operator
bin
games
uucp
ingres
falken


I can see that the daemon and uucp entries need to stay, but what about
the others?  I guess I'm not sure what sort of processes use them or
require their existence.

If this isn't appropriate material for the list, please follow up
privately.  Sorry for the newbie-esque question.
