Subject: installing X

I just finished installing MacBSD on my SE/30 without much trouble. I then
installed X with the installer and everything seemed to go o.k., but after
rebooting and starting bsd, startx is not a valid command (not found).
I went to macbsd.com and reread the faqs, and found that there is seperate
version for SE/30 people (monitor conflict). I downloaded and installed the
new version, tried startx and had the same problem. I am frustrated.
I am new to installing unix and components -- just been a user previously.
Please forgive a stupid newbie question, but I just can't figure it out.
By the way, does anyone have any suggestions on NetBSD/MacBSD books and
such? It would probably cut down on questions.
Thanks,
Michael
