My eagerness to run some sort of UNIX has been rising lately. However, I
have a Performa 475(Q605, 68040 w/ FPU(yes, I'm sure it is a 68040 w/ FPU))
and a Powerbook 145b. When booting, the Performa just stops where it
preserves memory for the NetBSD system table(the very first line), but on
the PB it stops when it has already showed the Copyright notice but has not
yet gotten to the prompt. I feel as though I should try to get it to boot
on the PB(so, eventually when it does, which will probably not be anytime
soon, they will have already come out with a version that runs on a Q605
:-]). If anyone has had any success booting it on the Powerbook 145 can you
please tell me? Thanks!
