You are looking for the IRC Client, not server. IRCii is the common IRC
program among unix systems. I have successfully compiled IRCii binaries on
my NetBSD system. IRCii is the regular text vt100 IRC program. It doesn't
have fancy graphics and stuff. it has no graphics, as a matter of fact.
