The last version I saw on
ftp.uni-regensburg.de:/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-Amiga/contrib/X
wasn't like this, but here's the answer: Mosaic require Motif, a
commerical set of libraries for X11 in order to compile. You can choose
at compile to link them "statically" (build the libraries into the
binary (which is perfectly legal)), but instead they chose to just compile
w/ shared libraries..

The result/what you really want to know: You need the shared library
libXm.so.0.75 in order to use Mosaic. Since Motif is commercial, you
*would* have to buy the library. However, there's a free replacement
that's *mostly* compatible called "Lesstif" WARNING: I have had *very*
bad luck with apps compiled using Lesstif.. bad meaning xserver crashes,
program crashes, etc.. I believe Lesstif may be precompiled in the
NetBSD-Amiga archive as well.. if not, just do a web search.
