Replacing a Kensington 4 button thinking mouse w/ the Apple mouse
cleared up all the boot errors!!!!

The Generic-9 kernel booted up just fine on the Quadra 650. Is there a
newer kernel aside from snapshots? I haven't put BSD through It's paces
yet so I've yet to see how it acts. For clairity here's the hardware
we're running on:

Q650 clock-chipped to 42Mhz
internal video 1MBVRAM
Apple 17" Multiple scan diplay 832 x 624 res.(the one w/ the ADB ports
in the base of the monitor)

BSD runs off a zip w/ the following partitions
72 MB Root & Usr
18 MB Swap
3 MB Auto Recovery (wasted)
4 MB Mac Partition w/ the Booter & a small system

Again, many thanks!

Sincerely,

Gerald
