Two things:
1.	try typing reset.  That should reset the terminal emulation to its
default state (maybe).
2.	is this using the standard console or are you using dt?  If you're
using the console raw, terminal emulation has been known to be a little
flaky under certain circumstances in NetBSD-mac68k's console, so try dt.
If you're using dt... no idea.
