Thanks allen,

I met different results on each booting. I wonder why Q630 gave
different results.

I test "GENERIC_77" kernel on Q630.

1st, at 832x624 256 color mode, after PRAM warning message, the
followings are displayed such as

        sd0(esp0:0:0):esp0: time out [ecb 0x6b888da (flag 0x3, dleft 2000,
        stat 0)], <state 1, nexus 0x0, phase(c 100, p 7), resid 2000,
        msg (q 0,o 0)>

next, at 640x480 b&w mode, after checking core dump:

        sd0(esp0:0:0):esp0: time out [ecb 0x6bfd8ac (flag 0x3, dleft 2000,
        stat 0)], <state 4, nexus 0x6bfd8ac, phase(c 100, p 0), resid 1f2,
        msg(q 0,o 0) DMA active>
        esp0: illegal command: 0x1a (state 4, phase 0, prevphase 0)

After then, I changed "GENERIC-13" kernel and tried to boot.
However I could not. The same error was appears (not just as same as
with "GENERIC_77").

Yesterday, I could _really_ boot with GENERIC-13 and 832x624 256 color
mode on Q630.

I now continue testing.
