port-mac68k: Intaller 1.1a won't run under 7.0?

I'm running System 7.0, and when I try to launch Installer 1.1a, it tells
me it requires at least "System 7".  I'm interpreting this to be something
of a typo, since it probably means "System 7.1".  Is that the case?  :)
