Seems to work like a charm (of course I'm using the TARAS kernel, since I 
have a IIcx w/ root & swap on /dev/sd1... =)

Improvements seem to be:
- No "grey screen" half-way thru booting, then blindly logging in and 
   starting X.
- A real 1.2ish kernel.

Remaining problems:
- Gamma.  'xsetroot -solid DarkGreen' gives me a light, grass green color,
   and MidnightBlue something a little darker than sky blue.
